Vesta invests private capital through two platforms which include senior mortgage bridge financing and mezzanine financing.
Vesta Equity is managed by seasoned financial and real estate industry professionals with over 80 years of combined experience structuring diverse and complex financial transactions. We are a direct investor with unleveraged funds in excess of $60 million under our control. This allows for dependability and flexibility in our credit decisions. Capital is in-hand and transactions will not be delayed or abandoned due to the brokering or syndicating of capital. Time delays are eliminated in that we do not concern ourselves with multiple levels of credit committee or investor approvals.
Our bridge program is designed to fund real estate loans with a maximum term of 36 months. Loans are available for acquisition (both assets and notes), repositioning, refinancing and equity recapitalization - virtually all business plans except ground-up construction. The presentation of a viable business plan relative to an exit strategy is required prior to loan approval. This plan would generally include the sale or refinance of the asset subsequent to repositioning or stabilization.
